The App is maintained under the responsibility of our developers: Giuliano Valente, Gianluca Giuliano and Simone Lanza. By installing or using Waman Tracking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

Precise Geolocation (GPS): We collect your precise geolocation, including in the background, to enable the App’s core functionality of labor inspection tracking, on-site visit recording, and compliance verification.

Inspector ID & Device Tokens: We store an identifier for each inspector to facilitate reporting and push notifications.
Push Notification Tokens: We may collect your device’s push notification token to send you real-time updates (e.g., inspection start/stop notifications).
Network Status & Error Logs: We log offline events and errors to troubleshoot and enhance the App’s stability.
2.3 Usage Data
We may collect data about how you interact with the App (e.g., session length, features used) to help us improve user experience and functionality.
We do not collect financial data, contact lists, or other sensitive user information beyond what is specified in this Policy.
3. How We Use Your Data
3.1 Providing and Improving the Service
We use your location data to facilitate real-time labor inspection tracking, improve inspection record accuracy, and enhance the App’s performance.
3.2 Notifications and Alerts
We send push notifications only if you have granted permission. These may include alerts related to inspection start/stop or other important updates.
3.3 Network and Error Logs
We collect logs to identify bugs, diagnose issues, and ensure continuous improvements to the service.

If you no longer wish to receive push notifications, you may turn them off in your device settings or within the App (if available).
